Warranty Claim Process

Arrow System Integrations, Inc., on behalf of our Vendor provides a 25 and/or 30 month Warranty on drop ship parts directly from Vendor. This is a Vendor/Manufacturer hardware replacement Warranty only. The information in this document is the process to attain an 'In Warranty Replacement' component during the Warranty period. Customer must provide the information below for a warranty replacement part to be processed in a timely manner. This information can be found on a label affixed to the bottom of the equipment.

EQUIPMENT NOT RETURNED TO OTISCO VALLEY TELECOM ON BEHALF OF ARROW SI, INC., WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING ADVANCE REPLACEMENT WILL BE BILLED TO CUSTOMER AS A MATERIAL SALE. PLEASE USE THE RETURN LABEL PROVIDED IN THE BOX WITH YOUR REPLACEMENT PARTS WHEN IT ARRIVES. YOUR REPLACEMENT ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED VIA 3-5 DAY GROUND DELIVERY.
